Christmas street market in Piazza Santa Croce

During the Christmas season, Piazza Santa Croce becomes a feast of colors and lights with the special “German” Christmas Street Market.

Every day from 10am to 8pm, you can buy a snack of heated würstel sandwiches with sauerkraut.

There are also spiced cookies, vin brûlé, hot chocolate and typical sweets and desserts.

The stands offer wooden Christmas cribs and Christmas tree decorations.

There are artifacts created by local craftspeople. Soaps and perfumed essences coming from northern Europe.
