A personalized welcome

Each guest is different. That is why we take care of every minute detail concerning your stay with us, even before your arrival! Do not hesitate to write or call us to seek information.

We can reserve tickets and restaurant tables. We can organize activities, excursions and guided tours throughout Tuscany.

So we can personalize your stay with us from the beginning to the end of your stay. We can arrange those services you prefer.

Room service. Late check-in or check-out. Valet parking. Play areas and entertainment for your children. Whatever special requirement or occasion you have for us to plan, we are at your service.

Reception

Our staff is here just for you 24/7, but please, remember that check-in time starts at 3pm while check-out time ends at 12pm. At late night, you can always open the main door with a special code and, if necessary, you can reach the night porter.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in starts at 3pm; check-out ends at 12pm. In order to organize your stay ot our best, please inform our staff what time you expect to arrive and to leave the property.

Personalized Late Check-out

Our check-out is normally at 12pm. However, if you book on this website you can enjoy a complimentary check-out at 2pm depending on the hotel’s availability. If you prefer to stay in your room beyond this check-out time, we can arrange a personalized check-out at a cost.

Complimentary Wi-Fi connection

Surf the web without cost and with a high-speed connection during the day and at night. Wi-Fi is available in all the suites and apartments.

Breakfast

You will find a rich buffet available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Each guest can choose how to start the day with a selection of sweet and savory specialties, such as croissants, fresh bread and crispbread with butter and jam, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and cereals, Tuscan cold cuts, cheeses, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs.

Coffee, cappuccino, tea and fruit juices will be served according to your preferences.

The cost for breakfast served in your room, outside of the SPA RELAX & LOVE package, is €7.00 per person.

SPA and massages

The San Firenze Suites & SPA offers an exclusive wellness center for two guests, reserved entirely for our guests. You can cuddle yourself for an hour without thoughts among the sauna, Turkish bath, shower with cromotherapy and the Jacuzzi. And, to make perfect this marvelous experience, why don’t you reserve that massage you have always dreamed of?

Minibar

If you book from this website, you can take advantage of enjoying complimentary soft drinks from the minibar that include colas, water and Fanta. If you wish to drink wine or champagne in your room at a cost, consult our staff for further information

Fitness

If you want to do some exercise even during vacation days, we have a complimentary gym for you, situated in our sister hotel Ponte Vecchio Suites & SPA—just a short distance on foot from us.

Garage with valet parking

Since we are located right in the center of Florence, you will not need the car.

For parking, you can reserve a space in a partner garage near the property with valet parking service and ZTL registration included (cost €40.00-45.00/day).

The service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Elevator and stairs

Our hotel occupies part of a prestigious historic building and features a three-person elevator connecting the reception to all floors, including the SPA, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

We would like to inform you that, although an internal staircase is present within the building, it is not generally used for accessing the rooms. Its use is limited to emergencies or situations in which the elevator cannot be used. Guests may descend via the staircase by opening the door from the inside; however, to return to the upper floors, a member of our staff must open the emergency door from within.

Museum and Restaurant reservations

To help you organize a perfect day in Florence, our staff is always at your disposal to assist you in reserving whether the best restaurants or the best events to see.

We can book tickets, guided tours for the most important museums in the city, tours throughout Tuscany, wine and food tastings, cooking classes, and many other unique activities.

Private Transfer

Do you love comfort? Enjoy our Private Transfer service from/to Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Florence Airport and Pisa Airport: you will reach us easily and in full comfort.
