Do you have internet connection?
Complimentary Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all the suites and common areas.

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3pm; check-out by 12pm.
Booking on this website will enable your check-out to be extended until 2pm if your room is available.
If you wish to extend your check-out and stay in your room until the late afternoon, you can.
Consult with reception where you can arrange a personalized check-out at a cost.
May we add an additional bed?
Our suites are larger than the normal hotel room size.
Our executive suites can host up to 4 guests. For an additional fifth person an executive apartment is available.
How much does access to the SPA cost?
The SPA for two is open to those who have made a reservation.
The charge is €60.00 for 60 minutes. Upon request, you can obtain personalized massages at a cost.
Can you arrange restaurant bookings and tours or museum visits?
Our very qualified staff is ready to help you.
You can notify us, prior to your arrival, so that we can reserve tickets for you at museums, the cinema or theater. In addition, we know how to advise you and book for you the very best restaurants in Florence.
Upon request, we can organize different enjoyable activities.
Visits to Chianti, cooking classes and wine and food tasting tours are our specialty.
Parking?
The San Firenze Suites & SPA has no parking facilities. However, we have made arrangements with a garage with valet service close to the property.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
